A safe and light weight alternative to the traditional wooden brick.  Can be used in numerous standing or seated postures for extra grounding, support or lift.  The brick offers three distincly different dimensions to vary support height offering firm and stable support in all planes.  We recommend that you take guidance from your Yoga Teacher on how exactly to use this prop in a way that is appropriate to your particular yoga practice.
