This type of 'towel' has become extremely popular for using in addition to a regular yoga mat as they both improve grip and give added absorpency, for styles of yoga which produce more sweat.  They have the added advantage of being quick and easy to wash after every practice and very portable.

This micro-fibre 'towel' has been specifically developed to be used either on its own or on top of a yoga mat.  The towel has silicon dots on one side which grip onto the top of your mat, keeping it in firmly in position.  The towel absorbs sweat as you practice and also gives good grip.  At the end of your practice it can be used to wipe away any excess moisture.  The towel folds away very neatly and can be carried to and from class and used on top of a class/studio mat to give you the reassurance and hygiene of having your own towel between you and the borrowed mat.  This towel is great for travelling and can be slipped into your bag and used on its own as a yoga mat in your hotel room etc

Care Instructions:
We recommend that you wash this product before using it.  This is to ensure that the towel will grip well from its first use and also to remove any residue of dye that may be left from the production process.  Wash separately with a third of the usual amount of washing powder that you would usually use.  Machine wash at no more than 60 degrees.

Do not use fabric conditioner as it coats the fibres of the towel and this will affect the grip and non-slip nature of the towel.
Do not use a bleach based washing powder as this will break down the silicon dots.
