Mantras originate from Sanskrit and Tibetan languages and their power lies in the resonance of sacred affirmational vibration.

It is said that the sacred prayer of mantra spirals through the entire universe from the heart of the one chanting, appealing for peace and divine wisdom for all.  When uttered with devotion and concentration they can help to protect and enlighten every individual, regardless of situation, awareness or religious belief (or indeed lack of it).

Even if you have not come across Mantra before, it is always good to chant with an open mind, and try not to doubt or limit the possibilities of the feelings, sensations and manifestations that can occur.  When one chants with a clear positive intention, you may find that you feel you are not just chanting with your voice but with your whole body, mind and spirit.
